This first-year building project proposes a guided experience around a segment of the Roman London Wall that has been gated and neglected by its corporate surroundings in the City of London. Connecting the surface remains of the Wall to the underground ruin of the gatehouse, the experience is shaped around a discussion on modern monumentality.
